2. Application of the General Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of JJ Hat Center SAS and its customers in connection with the sale of Products via the Site www.jjhatcenter.fr. By accessing the Site or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted without reservation the GTC, the Confidentiality Policy, and the Cookies Policy.
3. Definitions
- Customer : any natural person using the Site to order a Product.
- Order : request to purchase a Product on the Site.
- Product : items sold on the Site.
- Website : www.jjhatcenter.fr
4. Conditions of use of the Site
Use of the Site implies the Internet user's commitment to use it lawfully, to comply with applicable laws and not to compromise the proper functioning of the Site. JJ Hat Center SAS reserves the right to suspend access for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
However, the equipment and connection costs enabling access to and use of the Site are the sole responsibility of the Internet user. The Internet user is entirely responsible for his or her computer equipment and internet access.
5. Validity of offers
Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site and while stocks last. In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.
6. Presentation of products
JJ Hat Center SAS ensures that the Products are accurately described. Minor errors may occur. In the event of non-compliance, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal or legal warranty.
7. Price
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT, excluding delivery charges. The applicable VAT rate is the one in effect on the order date.
8. Order and Payment
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Amazon Pay. Transactions are secured through Shopify Payments. JJ Hat Center SAS retains ownership of the Products until full payment is received.
9. Payment security
The Site uses a secure payment system that complies with the SSL standard. No banking data is stored by JJ Hat Center.
10. Personal Space
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. JJ Hat Center SAS reserves the right to suspend an account in the event of fraudulent use.
11. Delivery
The delivery time is indicated at the time of ordering, before payment validation. JJ Hat Center SAS undertakes to make every effort to deliver the ordered Products to the carrier within the specified timeframes.
These delivery times are provided for information purposes only. Any delay in delivery will not give rise to damages, withholding or cancellation of the order, unless delivery has not taken place within 30 days from the day after the order was placed.
Beyond this period, the Customer may cancel the sale by written request (email or letter). A full refund of the amounts paid will then be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
12. Withdrawal, Returns and Exchanges
The Customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal (excluding personalized Products). JJ Hat Center also offers a 30-day return or exchange for commercial purposes.
13. Legal guarantees
All Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
14. Disputes and Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at serviceclient@jjhatcenter.fr. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the Customer may contact the Consumer Mediator affiliated with FEVAD (www.fevad.com) or use the European online dispute resolution ( ODR ) platform.

16. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those designated by Article R.631-3 of the Consumer Code.
