Can I cancel or change my order?
Our shipments begin being prepared immediately, ensuring speed and efficiency. For this reason, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. In some cases, however, it is possible to cancel within a very short time after confirmation and then reorder. Our Customer Service team remains at your disposal to assist you.
Is the entire online collection available in store?
Our Maison offers a generous selection in its New York and Paris boutiques, but it's necessarily more limited than the online offering. We invite you to contact us before your visit for any specific needs.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you deliver to and what are the delivery times?
Metropolitan shipments take an average of 2 to 4 business days, Europe 3 to 5 days, and the rest of the world depending on the destination. Exact delivery times are indicated at checkout. When available, an express shipping option can be selected directly at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our teams work diligently and carefully to prepare each shipment. Most orders leave our warehouses within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times then vary depending on the address and delivery method selected.
How can I track the progress of my package?
As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow the progress of your order in real time.
How can I benefit from free delivery?
Any order of €150 or more automatically benefits from free standard delivery in France.
Taxes and customs duties
Prices are inclusive of all taxes for the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, additional duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.
Do you offer in-store pickup service?
Yes, in-store pickup is available when this option appears on the product page or at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Yes. You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange your item, provided the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. For technical reasons, returns of online orders cannot be made in-store. See our return policy for the return procedure and address.
Purchases made in store can be exchanged or returned with a receipt, within 14 days, in perfect condition, exclusively for a credit note. No refunds are offered in store.
How to request a refund?
Start the process directly online. Upon receipt and validation, we will process the refund using your original payment method.

How do I determine my hat size?
Measure your head circumference with a soft tape, just above your eyebrows and ears. Then refer to our size guide .
