We hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If, however, it does not fully meet your expectations, you can return it to us for a refund, credit note, or exchange.
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt of order.
Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging carefully intact. You may of course try the item on briefly, as you would in a store, but it must not have been worn for an extended period.
Items purchased in store can be returned or exchanged only upon presentation of the receipt, within 14 days. No refunds will be made in store – only exchanges or credit notes will be offered.
Return procedure
Please initiate your return directly on our website via your customer account and follow the instructions.
Carefully package the item in a secure package and then deliver it to the carrier of your choice.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing your return
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will proceed with the refund, credit note or exchange as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for processing. Your refund may then appear on your bank statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles, depending on the issuing institution.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.
